Bookings & Arrivals
8am – 5pm
Occasionally closed between 1-2pm.
If reception is unattended there is a call buzzer on the counter.
Check-in time is 2pm, however we can try and arrange an earlier check-in where possible. Check-out time is 10am and again we can try and accommodate a late check-out for guests.
Late arrivals can be catered for by contacting reception prior to arrival and you will be given directions on where to locate the apartment keys/parking etc and then come to reception the following morning to check-in.
Guests are more than welcome to have visitors that may use the resorts facilities whilst here with the resident guests. Please note visitors and extra guests are not permitted to stay overnight if this exceeds the apartments guest capacity as stated above.
Please note that Non-Refundable Bookings are 100% Non-Refundable. For all other rates, please check your booking paperwork for the cancellation policy relevant to your accommodation booking.
Full Payment will be processed 48 hours before arrival during Off-Peak Periods and 72 hours before arrival during Peak Periods. Please check all your reservation details and contact us immediately if you have any concerns. Please make sure that any special bedding arrangements are given to us before you arrive.

On Check-In, a Credit Card is required for a $200 Pre-Authorisation; this is a hold only and will be released by your Financial Institution after checkout.

Location
The port of Airlie is located at the eastern end of the main street, heading towards Shute Harbour. You will find fine dining restaurants, cafes, bars, retail outlets and some tour operators in this precinct.
Airlie Beach boasts a fabulous range of dining experiences and has a plethora of restaurants, cafes, bars and fast food outlets to cater for everyone’s taste’s.

Abel Point Marina is on the western side of Airlie Beach and is the first port you see as you drive up the hill into Airlie township. There is a range of fine dining restaurants, café style eateries and bars. Many of the tour operators leave from this marina, and it is also home to many local yachtsmen.
A pleasant stroll along the boardwalk located on the foreshore at the western end of the main street will take you there. It’s a great spot to relax whilst enjoying a sundowner and taking in the beautiful sunset and the last vessels returning from day sails.
Yes, The resort has 2 wonderful pools, one 20metres long and the other 15metres long.
There is also an out door spa. The pool area has several sun lounges to laze about and soak up the beautiful Whitsunday sunshine.
The resort also has a fully equipped air conditioned gymnasium for the health conscious.

Able Point Marina is only 2km away. Most of the day cruise boats leave from there and we can arrange free pickup from reception for your Whitsunday Islands or reef adventures.
All apartments are fully self-contained with linen provided. A small quantity of tea, coffee, soap etc is provided for your initial night only. We provide free beach towels for your convenience.
We are located approx 1km from the main strip and cafes/restaurants/shops of Airlie Beach and it’s an easy stroll down hill and takes approx. 5-8 mins. The walk back up to Azure is a great fitness tester!
There are local buses that can be caught in town and these will drop you off at various stops from Shute Harbour right through to Proserpine.
Airport transfer buses will pick you up from the Proserpine/Whitsunday airport and drop you to Azure Sea. They also provide a return to the airport. We can book the bus transfers on your behalf.
Guests may phone reception and notify them of their flight details, number of passengers traveling and the ages of children so reception staff can book the transfers. The amount of the transfers is then added to the guests account and is payable at reception upon check-in.
Taxis are also plentiful and can be booked at reception or hailed in town to help you with your groceries or after a night out.
If you require assistance booking your Airport Transfer, you can call us on (07) 4964 1000 or email: manager@azureseawhitsunday.com. You must include your flight details in your email for us to book for you. The cost is $42.00 return trip per adult and $21 return trip per child 4 – 14 years old from Proserpine/Whitsunday Coast Airport (door-to-door service). One way is $25 per adult and $13 per child. The shuttle bus company we use drops you off at our reception door.

2 guests. 1 king size bed.
How many guests in a 2 bedroom apartment?
4 guests. 1 king bed & 2 singles or 2 x king.
How many guests in a 3 bedroom apartment?
6 guests. 1 king, and 4 x single or 3 x king.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartments or in the common areas of the resort such as the pool/b-b-q areas. All apartments have an ashtray out on the balcony.
All apartments have air conditioning in each bedroom and also in the living area. There are also ceiling fans in the apartments.
Yes, there are two high speed elevators from the security basement carpark to each of the four levels of apartments.
Pets are not allowed on site at Azure Sea as we encourage and protect our local wildlife. Which includes a variety of birds, lizards, goannas and the occasional inquisitive snake.
Free secured parking in the basement carpark is available for guests. Each 2 and 3-bedroom apartment has one car space allocate and the Penthouses have a double parking space allotted.
Wifi is available free of charge to all guests during their stay at Azure Sea. Guests are given the password upon check-in.
Yes, all apartments have ensuites as well as a separate toilets. Two bedroom Apartments have two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Yes we also have a high chair and portacots ($20 linen charge)
No the swimming pools are not heated, but in our temperate climate we find most guests enjoy swimming all year round.
All apartments are appointed with quality Miele appliances, full sized refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, washing machine & clothes dryer.
No there is no restaurant or bar on the premises as the apartments are fully self-contained to allow for self-catering.
The resort is located only a short walk from the main strip of Airlie beach where there is a wide variety of dining options, from great cafes to more formal elegant dining. A B-B-Q is located within the pool area and is free for guests to use.
